Before your appointment

  • To ensure the utmost satisfaction for every valued client visiting Hayley’s LashArt, we've established some fundamental guidelines for a seamless experience. These guidelines, not rules, are designed to enhance your visit. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge your acceptance of our cancellation policy.

    All appointments at Hayley’s LashArt, are made on a request basis. Upon receiving your booking request through Vagaro, we will review it and send you a confirmation. Your appointment becomes official once you receive this notification.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we strive to accommodate your needs. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, we'll happily assist you in rescheduling without any queries. However, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

    Considering our typically full schedule, arriving late to your appointment, without prior notification, may affect the allocated time for your service. We prioritize punctuality to respect the time of all our clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment fee will apply, and a rescheduling will be necessary. If you arrive within the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will proceed as scheduled.

    For the convenience of all clients, we kindly request that you schedule your appointments thoughtfully and attend them alone, without accompanying children.

    To ensure prompt service, we ask that you wait in your vehicle until your exact appointment time. Should you need to use our facilities, we recommend arriving a few minutes in advance. Your cooperation helps us maintain an efficient and enjoyable experience for everyone.
